When can I start?
As soon as your license is in active status with your state licensing agency and assigned to The Referral Company (aka T.R.C.).
How much money can I expect to make per each referral?
Referral fees vary from location to location and between property types. T.R.C will help you negotiate the highest Referral fee available in each market.
Currently, referral fees range between 25% and 35% of the transaction side. The Referral split is 70% to you and 30% to T.R.C. with no annual fees unless you go a complete year with no referral income and then T.R.C will charge a 100.00 administrative fee
When will I be paid?
T.R.C. will be paid by the closing agent, usually an Escrow Company or attorney. You will be paid within five business days after T.R.C. receives the funds.
Where can I refer clients?
Anywhere people want to live and/or invest. Most referrals will be for the United States and Canada, Mexico is also getting popular, other International locations are possible.
Can I transition back to full service brokerage?
Yes you can transition either into a full service company or totally out of the business at any time.
What type of clients can be referred?
T.R.C. has the ability to refer residential, commercial, and business opportunity clients.
Can I buy and sell my own real estate?
Because of state laws dealing with supervision of each transaction and standard liability concerns, the answer would be no. However, we recommend you refer your transaction to a qualified agent.
If I need continuing education can The Referral Company help?
Yes, through our affiliate school, Idaho Real Estate School, some courses are available online and are very affordable.
